PLANT PROGRAM TEAM LEADER (PPTL) HF

Job description

Our Emission Control Division is looking for an Plant Program Team Leader in VIE for its site in Brangança
The main missions of the role are:
Team Management
o Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment;
o In agreement with the program manager, support technical interface with the customer and the suppliers;
Product interface (manufacturability)
o Check know-how availability in plant according to requirements;
o Analyse industrial and technical tasks during prototype build (involving operators from production
plant);
Production System Development
o Study, develop in detail, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of the program in the
o Make or buy:
o Evaluate at plant locations subcontracting possibilities;
o Ensure the achievement of Process, Equipment and Facility FMEA.
o Coordinate installation and launch of all production equipment and tooling, assuring the HSE standards compliance.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.

Education level: Degree in engineering, preferablly
Experience :
o Mininum 3 years of experience in production area in industrialization
o Project Management
o Trained Program Management System
Skills and competencies
o Proven technical skills on product and process
o Ability to manage functional plant program team
o Knowledge in program finance (costing, P&L, investments)
o English
o SAP
o Excel, CAD
