Our Faurecia Clean Mobility
- NAO (North America Operations) Division is looking for a VIE FES&P (Faurecia Excellence System & Productivity) Engineer m/f for its plant in Dexter, MO, USA.
The main missions of the role are to:
Support the Shopfloor Management team in the application and deployment of FES (Faurecia Excellence System) methodologies and tools in compliance with the Group Policies and Procedures.
Liaise with Plant Management Team and carry out FES Workshops involving the Shopfloor Management Team to improve operational performance.
Liaise with Plant Management Team and provide training and coaching to Plant personnel, through their active participation on the Shopfloor.
Audit correct daily usage of latest forms of the FES standards on the Shopfloor.
Liaise with Division Senior FES Specialists and identify Best Practices within Plant and share within Plant and FES Network.
Liaise with Division Senior FES Specialists to ensure development of their FES understanding and FES competence.
Participate to FES Division Communication, Training and Network Meetings.
Report out on activities to the Plant Manager and FES Division.
Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.
The length of the VIE is 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master's Degree in Engineering (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing concepts (e.g. university courses, internships or equivalent)
Experience in a manufacturing production environment (e.g. internship or equivalent)
Good interpersonal skills and presentation/trainer's skills with high level of autonomy
International Mindset
Fluent in English
Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, AutoCAD or equivalent)
