- Europe Division is looking for a VIE Autonomous Unit of Production (UAP) Improvement Coordinator (m/f) for its plant in Mlada Boleslav (north of Prague area), in Czech Republic.
Please note that applications submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide. Only applications submitted in English will be considered.
The main missions of the role are:
Propose improvement ideas and actions for the UAP
Provides ideas on technicals implementations
Support the Management team in deployement of FES (Faurecia Excellence System – Lean Manufacturing) methodologies through active participation on the Shopfloor, training and coaching of Plant employees.
Transfer knowledge and experience to Plant Personnel through shopfloor improvement activities.
Lead a breakthrough project with focus on increase of productivity, decrease of scrap, rework and non efficiency in production
This VIE mission will last 18 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree in Mechanical / engineering
Young graduate engineer with passion for lean manufacturing
Good interpersonal relationship skills and trainer’s skills
International mind-set
Bi-lingual in English. Other language will be a plus.
