Our EMISSION CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES EUROPE DIVISION activity is looking for a VIE PROGRAM MANUFACTURING LEADER (M/F) for its site at AUGSBURG (GERMANY).
The VIE Program Manufacturing Leader (PML) supports for all the manufacturing aspects of the project.
The main missions of the role are:
Support design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers
Help to develop efficient manufacturing concepts in line with Faurecia standards
Support the on time achievement of the PML work packages in line with the Faurecia Program Management System
Support the program launch in the manufacturing plant
Support the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s)
The ideal candidate will have/be :
Master's degree in Engineering
Base knowledge in Mechanical/Maufacturing engineering
Analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work in an international environment. Adaptability to changing environments, and working with a diverse group of people
Continuous improvement approach
Multicultural mindset
Fluent in English, good level in German – Any aditional language would be interesting.
