Our Central FIS Production Control & Logistics department is looking for a Transport & logistics Optimization VIE m/f for its Plant Centre at Peine
- Germany.
Mission:
The logistics & transport will contribute to the implementation breakthrough actions by transport domain mainly in Eastern part of the FIS perimeter:
- TEO (transport Execution and Optimization tool) deployment
- Support Implemention of TFT (truck filling tool)
- Support KPI creation & follow up
For his/her perimeter, the VIE is responsible and accountable for :
1. Coordination with the Plants, FCS key users, Purchasing, Transport & GIS Experts TEO module of SAP implementation in order to compile all the necessary data to support Go Live
2. Consolidation & update Master data for TEO & TFT .
3. Development of training documents & lessons learned consolidation
4. Training key users & traffic schedulers
5. Deployment project milestones follow up on weekly basis & blocking points reporting
6. Coordination of TFT deployment
7. Build weekly/monthly KPI to support improvement of both loading efficiency & truck efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Minimum of experience required: knowledge of logistics and lean manufacturing principles, ideally in Automotive Interior parts.
- Skills & competencies required: autonomy, leadership, communication, analytic approach, shop floor oriented.
- Master degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English
