Our Faurecia Interiors system - Faurecia Decoration Division is looking for a VIE Program Controller m/f for our D&E Center in Kennelbach, Austria.

Please note that applications submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide. Only applications submitted in English will be considered.

The Program Controller is responsible of financial aspects for one or several programs in the different phases (Acquisition, Development and Serial life). She/he ensures the data reliability in line with process and finance program golden rules, and the optimization of the programs' profitability and cash.

The main missions of the role are:

- Ensure program controlling procedures and Golden Rules compliance
- Ensure program controlling procedure mandatory implementation
- Alert line manager & functional manager in case of discrepancies
- Check Plant PMT (Plan à Moyen Terme (Mid Term Plan) /Budget P&L (Profit& loss) alignment with Program Business Plan P&L
- Check ECR (Engendering Change Request) /ECO (Engineering Change Order) cost incorporation in product/upfront cost
- Check Inflation (Labor, others…) hypothesis compliance vs PMT (Plan à Moyen Terme /Mid Term Plan)

- Secure business plan and customer (offer RFQA (Request for Quotation Approval) _ IBP (Initial Business Plan
- Secure Business Plan consistency with payment terms/amount for Tooling, D&D (Engineering Change Order), Piece price,
- Secured accuracy in Volume, Hourly Rate, Mixes Productivities..
- Secure LTA (Long-Term Agreement) hypothesis in supplier and customer contract
- Secure Legal & Tax (VAT,…) if applicable conditions for tooling

- Support, under program manager authority, as part of the Core team and key position in the team

- Highlight Program Cash status and provide recommendation to the management

- Monitor Program Cash Curve at any time & communicate it towards Core team

- Propose action plan in order to achieve cash Target

- Challenge Upfront level in terms of cost as well as payment method

- Provide and secure R&D controlling inputs Forecast, and ensure that Actuals are in line with the Forecast.

- Work closed with the costing Team to secure business plan is update in time, up front and P&L (Profit&Loss)

- Provide program financial communication towards core team, management and plants involved

- Create the link between Plant and Program controlling to transfer gradually business plan cost data source to plants

- Perform the Audit in order to close the Program

The ideal candidate will have/be:

- Educational background in Finance/ Accounting or Program Management

- Ideally first experience in accounting/financial reporting

- Strong teamwork sense/ Team player and positive spirit

- Strong communication skills and autonomy

- English mandatory, German is a plus

- Ability to work effectively in an international context and with multicultural teams

- Strong IT system skills, ideally in SAP
