Our Faurecia Interior Systems Business Group – Europe Division is looking for a VIE Plant Resident Engineer m/f for its Plant in Gorzow Wielkopolski, Poland.
Please note that applications submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide. Only applications submitted in English will be considered.
The main missions of the role are:
Ensure that the deliveries are in line with program expectations by being program representative in the plant (Quality, Timing, etc.)
Ensure part traceability, labelling and track it
Secure proper implementation of mock up and track them
Bring fluidity in start-up of production.
Support geometry activities.
The length of the VIE is 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master degree in Engineering
Fluent in English
Very good communication skills
Knowledge in French, swedish or polish is a plus
Pragmatic approach, solution oriented
Able to act and behave in plant shopfloor
Industrial mindset
Regular formalization and reporting
Act with a structured approach
