Our Faurecia interiors System is looking for a Junior quality engineer m/f for its plant in Hagenbach – Germany.
Main Tasks:
- Coordinates the proper installation and the realization of the Faurecia Meisterbock Process (FMB) within the North Europe Organization (NER)
- Supports the deployment process of the Faurecia Management System at Faurecia Interior Systems (FIS) worldwide
Individual Tasks:
- Leads continuous improvement processes within North Europe plants according to the standards of the company
- Supports the organization, planning, coordination and execution of regular Meisterbock Reviews based on existing documentation (FMS, PMS)
- Supports the Meisterbock (FMB) training process.
- Maintains the FIS Quality System shareplace/Faur´us.
- Supports the FIS Corporate Matrix process
- Supports the FIS Management Review process including System and Process audits results
- Supports the FCP Document Library Process for FIS documents
- Involvement in internal system audits with the aim of becoming a Co-Auditor
- Supports in developing and maintaining FMS e-learning modules
The ideal candidate will have/be :
- A Master's degree in engineering (mechanics or plastic industry)
- Preferable 1 year of proven experience in the Automotive industry
- Manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, team-player and strong communication skills
- International mindset
- Preferable bi-lingual (English good skills and min. basic German skills
- Willing to travel within Germany and abroad
- God MS Office knowledge and preferably VBA
