The role

The role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, including coordinating a number of specific HR and recruitment processes on a day-to-day basis to ensure the smooth running of the HR department.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an understanding for sensitivities around confidentiality. A conscientious, flexible attitude and an exceptional eye for detail is a must.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day general administrative support to the HR team
• Upload contracts and right to work documents into our recently launched online HR system and ensure the HR filing is kept up to date
• Complete global company policies and uploading into HR system
• Preparation of the monthly payroll file (with Head of HR)
• Preparation of offer, contract, probation letters and induction packs (with talent acquisition specialist)
• Input new employee details and exit information into HR system
• Support candidate referencing and interview scheduling
• Assist the HR department with various ad-hoc projects as and when required

Key skills and experience

Essential
• Commenced or completed CIPD studies
• Impeccable organisation and timekeeping skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of sensitivities around confidentiality
• High level of proficiency using MS Office applications
• Hardworking and passionate

Non-essential but desirable
• Experience of working in an office environment
• Interest in digital/fashion/e-commerce industry
