NPR&I Junior Buyer and Administrator

Job description

• Contract Administration and IT PO Management
• Guarantee application of Contract terms and conditions
• Check IT frame agreements and supply contracts for the whole group

• Manage the E-procurement deployment process on site
• Manage the Purchase Orders in a timely and effective manner, and check they are aligned with applicable contracts ; Follow the process until payment
• Prepare a contractual action plan in order to anticipate both termination dates and future vs current requirements ; Communicate with Internal Customer on assigned sub commodities ; Can negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers
• Ensure all projects/spends > 50K€ are covered by annual or multiyear agreements
• Consult IT project teams on commodity/e-proc related issues
• Guarantee the E-procurement Performance related to Interfaces and Change Requests ; Support End Users
• Be involved upstream, guarantee cost control, planning, fulfill project needs.

Desired profile

Profile:
• Business School (Bac+4/5)
• Knowledge of current IT (Software, IS) related market
• First experience/ background in PO administration and contract management
• Excellent computer skills (Pack Office, and software support/development)
• Communication skills ; ability to coordinate actions between teams,
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
• Working experience in cross-functional teams in a corporate environment
