Job description
The Recruitment Administrator plays a key role supporting the Recruiting team at FactSet in our London office, near Liverpool Street station. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain an insight into the workings of the recruiting processes in a global company.
You will work closely with the two other members of our Graduate recruitment team.
This role will be offered on an initial 12 week contract during our peak period of graduate recruitment.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Logging applications in the Applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Administering online tests system
- Booking interviews
- Posting jobs
- Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates on the phone
- Managing group email folders
- Other ad hoc recruitment tasks
Job Requirements :
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both over the phone and over e-mail
- Sound working knowledge of Excel and the internet
- Well organized with the ability to prioritise and to work independently
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to deal with confidential information in a discreet manner
Other Information
This paid position will start immediately, initially on an 12 week fixed term basis.
The preferred working hours are 8.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday, with a salary of £21,600 pro rata.
