Marketing Internship (Paid)

So the successful candidate will have the prospect of being a permanent employee at the end of the internship (depending on performance).

Responsibilities

- Familiarise yourself with our brands, products, services and customers
- Assist and eventually take charge of all social media channels for the brands
- Create weekly social media calendar and monthly competition plan
- Assist in creating and posting relevant social media content in line with brand guidelines for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & You Tube and monthly newsletter with Mailchimp
- Support in analytics reporting
- Assist in writing copy for blogs and news pages
- Working closely with the Marketing Managers to develop new marketing strategies
- Planning seasonal events
- Assist in marketing copy and image requests
- Assist in creating press packs for magazines & blogs
- Web content management

Required skills:

- Ability to create fresh content following briefs
- Proven creative writing skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong reading, proofreading and editing skills
- A desire to come up with fresh ideas on how to grow our online presence
- Ability to deliver one message in various ways across multiple platforms

Desired profile

Desired skills:

- Experience of contributing to a brand’s social media accounts, Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and Instagram (Blogger/Vlogger experience)
- Experience with Wordpress website management, and Adobe software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign (Desired but not required)
