We’re currently looking for a modern languages graduate to join our team as a trainee. At the end of the internship, we are looking to hire, so excellent prospects to embark upon a career within the talent sector.
We are a rapidly expanding executive search (headhunting) firm based in Islington, North London and with clients across the globe. Our disruptive model combines advanced technology with cultural/ linguistic empathy covering multiple markets. We speak many languages and more importantly have acute awareness of cultural nuance. We expect to double in size over the next 12 months.
A graduate with at least two modern languages to your name. You will not need prior experience but you will be able to demonstrate an aptitude to convince, an out-going personality and a keen commercial sense. We are a small, international team and each new hire must add something to the mix. We’re full of respect for introverts but there’s probably not a great deal of room for one at this stage of our growth.
A first step into the world of business with a comprehensive mentoring program. We have an informal workplace but are by no means lax. We’re happy to pay for your first experience but things will get interesting once we invite you on-board full-time and enrol you on our bonus + profit share scheme. Success within this research role will lead to career progression as a project and/or key account manager and further flexibility in terms of home-office and international travel.
