Salary: £16,000+ £30,000 OTE

Location: Kent

THE CLIENT:

Founded in 2006, they are now operating across three countries, with 7 different offices; they are one of the leading global construction and property recruitment companies in the whole of the UK.

The organisation is looking to bring on future leaders to facilitate expansion into new markets and brands and as such they will offer equity/share options after a certain amount of time.

They have a fantastic training programme in place where they dedicate their time investing in new employees in order to ensure you know the ins and outs of the role and are fully equipped to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

THE ROLE:

The role will be very fast-paced and the successful applicants will be cold-calling and building relationships from the first week, with mentorship being provided by line managers.

Like any sales position, there will be plenty of telephone calls and a lot of knock-backs, rejections and objection-handling. The financial rewards for success are fantastic, with projected first year earning potential in excess of £30 k and an uncapped commission scheme.

- Candidate management and arranging interviews

- Speaking to new businesses in order to convert them into clients

- Process management of the full recruitment cycle

- Ensuring the aftercare of candidates when placed in roles

THE REQUIREMENTS:

The successful applicant will have an appetite to work in a target-driven sales environment, excellent communication skills, the ability to cope with rejection and a persuasive nature. This is not a glamorous role at times, as there are long hours.

THE PACKAGE:

- Porsche achievable within 18 months

- Monthly lunch clubs for high achievers to the likes of Claridges, The Ritz and Petrus etc

- Growth is organic and even the Directors started as trainees

- Trainee's can expect to be promoted to full Recruitment Consultant within one month of joining a company!

- Promotion is based on performance and many trainee consultants have been promoted to Management within a year!
