Position Overview:

We offer the opportunity to gain experience in multiple business units and locations through our 24-month rotational program, which includes a six-month international assignment, to contribute to critical areas within the organization.  IPREP is designed to provide diverse opportunities to graduates in disciplines such as:
 

  • Sales & Marketing,
  • Finance,
  • Supply Chain, and
  • Engineering

Requirements
  • Must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field 
  • Demonstrated academic achievement (Minimum GPA 3.0)
  • Open to relocate anywhere in the US and internationally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong motivation and willingness to learn
  • Adaptability to learn from experiences and adjust as needed
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve
  • Authorization to work in the US without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
