EveryCity are a boutique Managed Services provider in London, delivering services to high end clients across a range of industries, including Technology Startups, Digital Agencies, SMEs and Corporates..
EveryCity is a growing tech company located in London Fields, a 2 minutes walk away from the lovely Broadway Market! We are looking for someone to join our family of morris dancers, network engineers, database experts, climbers, musicians, photographers, designers, board game players and (2) POGs enthusiasts, to help us reach the next level.
We are ideally looking for someone who considers themselves a generalist. One who can happily work through all tasks given on their own and come up with creative solutions to problems that may arise.
Attention to detail is essential. We appreciate someone that can spot mistakes (including their own) and actively work on fixing them, not be scared to admit them!
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is keen to gain an insight in all aspects of a business, while picking up transferable skills and being surrounded by like-minded individuals.
You must be motivated by the thought of having full responsibility over our environment! Reporting to our Finance Manager, you will be our go-to for anything related to our space’s upkeep and improvement - and our main contact to the Community Managers at our hub in London Fields. Autonomy and proactivity are valued and welcomed.
Some of the core tasks are:
Answering our general number and filtering the calls
Housekeeping of the filing system/other systems
Keeping the office tidy (not cleaning, but making sure everything has it's place and stays there.)
Keeping office supplies in stock
Arrange, organise and book trips/events/client meetings
Deal with our building's front desk and collect post/visitors from the reception
Updating our customer documentation (and for anything new, creating it)
Here you will have the opportunity to learn some new skills by dabbling in billing and accounts. It is essential that you are able to be accurate with our data and attentive the the needs of our customers.
Maintaining our suppliers email account
Importing invoices for suppliers and customers into our system
Maintaining our customer accounts email - responding to billing queries, re-directing queries to the relevant department
Learning from the Finance Manager so you can help out the rest of the team when they are not available
Keeping track of non-paying customers and chasing them when necessary
£20,000 - 26,000 per annum (pro-rata) based on experience
