As a Research Associate you will undergo intensive training acquiring the skills and competencies required to succeed.

You will identify, track and engage high-calibre professionals via a research-driven, humanised approach.

We nurture meritocracy. For the right individual, there is a clear fast-track to develop your own desk quickly and take ownership of a vertical and you will ultimately be accountable for your own success.

Day to day responsibilities would involve:

Industry research and corporate mapping of upper quartile talent.
Building relationships with market sources; cultivating an unrivalled personal network based on trust, integrity and knowledge.
Engaging your target audience through innovative digital strategies alongside traditional methods of telephone and face to face contact.
Pro-actively representing identified candidates to key clients (and vice-versa).
Contributing to the small but growing office culture. Definitely not a cog in a wheel!
