As a Research Associate you will identify, track and engage high-calibre professionals via a research-driven, humanised approach.

Day to day responsibilities would involve:
Industry research and corporate mapping of upper quartile talent.
Building relationships with market sources; cultivating a personal network based on trust, integrity and knowledge.
Engaging your target audience through innovative digital strategies alongside traditional methods.
Pro-actively representing identified candidates to key clients (and vice-versa).
