Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Large Uk House Builder

Job description

Our client is one of the largest home-builders in the UK, they build a wide range of properties, from one- and two-bedroom apartments to five bedroom detached houses, with a broad price range including both private and affordable homes. Building over 10,000 homes annually.

We are currently working with their busy Southern region who are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. Ideally you will come form a building / housing environment and gained experience in contract / sub contract management and commercial / contractual experience.

Your day to day duties will include working with, controlling budgets, variations, processing payments and tying up final accounts.
