Poste et missions:
To support the development in AMERA – Asia, Middle-East, Russia, Africa
- the IT department enriches the team in the region.
As a member of the Infrastructure Shared Services – ISS – AMERA, and with support of a local finance referent in Asia Operations finance organization, the financial controller will assure a determining role in the organization, ensuring proper application of financial methodologies and processes.
He/She will be in charge of advanced analysis and breakdown of the invoices of IT departments to allow proper financial flows compliant with internal and external rules, while seeking the best fiscal optimization.
He/She will be highly involved in the elaboration of budget and forecast, ensuring proper follow up of expenses and revenues, and delivering the P&L on a monthly basis.
To achieve this, he will work in close collaboration with the IT managers and financial teams.
The controller will work with the Finance Group IT to define the process of internal chargeback to the internal customers.
Hence, He/She will be highly involved in the pricing of the catalog of IT services delivered from Bangkok to the customers.
Eventually, He/She will also act as PMO to consolidate and build an overall vision of the projects and main initiatives.
To achieve that, he/she will have to design a reporting tool to consolidate project statuses, risks and financial items.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design and set up of the projects’ follow-up tool
2. Consolidation of the monthly results, analysis and report
3. Chargeback to the customers
4. Compliance with the Group financial methodologies and processes
5. Support to the IT managers and collaboration with the financial teams
Profil:
Technical abilities:
1. Education in Finance (Master Degree, Business School)
2. 3 years of experience in Finance
3. Comfortable with the Microsoft Office (especially Excel), previous experience on Google Drive would be appreciate"
4. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations
