工作职责：
1、完成“店长培养计划”内的所有培训、考核及工作内容
2、负责制订规划零售店铺营业目标达成的行动方案，执行、跟进、达成店铺营业目标；
3、负责执行、跟进规范的零售店铺营运系统；
4、负责制订零售店铺提升形象、服务质量、人员培养等计划，执行、跟进、反馈和修正。

该职位同时还应满足以下要求：
1、中专以上学历（大专以上学历优先）
2、具有品牌服饰或大型零售企业二年以上独立管理工作经验
3、较高的工作主动性及自律性
4、形象气质符合公司要求
5、良好的口头表达能力及沟通能力
6、良好的计划制定能力及执行能力
7、有强烈的从事快速消费品零售行业的工作意愿

Job responsibilities:

1.complete the "manager training program" all the training, assessment and work content

2.be responsible for the development of planning retail shop business goals to reach action plan, execution, follow up, reach store business objectives;

3.be responsible for the implementation, follow-up standard retail store operation system;

4.be responsible for the development of retail shops and enhance the image, service quality, staff training plan, implementation, follow-up, feedback and correction.

Job requirements:

1.High middle school education ( college degree preferred )

2.with the brand clothing or large retail enterprises for more than two years of independent management experience

3.higher work initiative and self-discipline

4.figure temperament is conform to the company requirement

5.good oral expression ability and communication ability

6.a good plan ability and executive ability

7.there is strong in the fast moving consumer goods retail industry's willingness to work
