Job description
The program has the goal to let students that are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program to enlarge their portfolio and get valuable work experience. The program is part-time with flexibility on the hours based on the candidate’s university schedule but with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week. A company product manager would be assigned to the successful candidate, review performance and mentoring meetings will run monthly to raise the learning curve for the candidate.
As a Design Student, you will be exposed to the early stage and the design requirements of a London tech start-up. You will learn by doing; UX specifications, prototyping a web-app and run usability and testing meeting with users. You will be directly involved in low fidelity and high fidelity wireframing of the next version of our platform, creative thinking on UI. Moreover, you will learn how to gather users’ feedback and from ideation to execution of the new eShelf’s website.
eShelf is the #1 E-commerce that helps people to get the products they need very fast, helping local businesses and having a low carbon footprint. Showing the distance of items available in real-time across different stores nearby and allow to buy seamlessly.

Desired profile
Desire to gain first-hand graphic design, with specific focus on UI design
Growth mindset, can-do attitude
Studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Design or Visual Art would be ideal but other courses will also be considered
Strong graphics skills (Adobe package); highly motivated and intellectually curious
Proactive and able to take ownership of the assigned tasks
