Erste Group Immorent (EGI) is the Erste Group specialist for real estate and infrastructure financing as well as property development, construction services and real estate investment. Our activities cover the full range of financing solutions and services across the entire real estate value chain.
Erste Group Immorent is a subsidiary of Erste Group Bank AG and the leading financial services provider for Real Estate business in Central and Eastern Europe. The department Organisation is part of division Org/IT and manages business and IT projects within the company and on Group level. The department develops and implements the IT-strategy of EG Immorent, it selects and integrates IT applications to drive future business growth.
YOU:
… analyse , review and edit business specifications, requirements and recommendations considering technical interdependencies and translate them into feasible processes/business requirements
…ensure a proper level of documentation for the business requirements
…design and develop test cases and support the responsible business during the testing process
…act as a trusted advisor for your internal clients in the respective business areas
... cooperate with business departments and project teams on an international level
... have 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in the IT environment; experience/knowledge in banking, financial services and risk management is an Advantage
… know how to coordinate a project team, set targets and priorities and never lose track
... are used to advanced projects and are able to work with tight deadlines
… deliver projects over the entire term; i.e. budgeting, project and resource planning, design, implementation, testing, reporting, project monitoring and control
…possess high analytical and conceptual skills
... mention solution orientation and communication skills as an integral part of your personality
... have business fluent English and business fluent German skills
