TSS Supervisor – CDP & On boarding Specialist

Job Summary:

Talent Shared Services (TSS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms. TSS provides services to country, sub-area, area and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure. These services are delivered from our centres in Dalian, China; Kerala and Bangalore, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines. TSS team delivers consistent, high-quality and operationally efficient HR transactional services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centres.  

Talent Development (TD) covers performance management, Leadership Development and Career Development.  TD plays an integral part in planning, prioritization and alignment to Global & Region Talent and business strategy, including budgeting.  Identify LEAD/LEAD for PPEDD needs and alignment to business strategies (e.g., goal setting) and drive behavioral change strategies.  Create and oversee Transformative Leadership activation plan and Leadership Development Strategy, aligned to Global Strategy for TD. Oversee the onboarding process for all hires.  

Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Talent team.

VTH works in a fully integrated way with onshore TD colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team and is aligned with the Global Process Model and initiates TD processes.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities:

Career enablement:

·  Deliver operational aspects of Career Enabler and Frameworks, Counseling & LEAD Reviewer Excellence and Experience projects, and enablement of Region Performance Management processes
·  Support the identification of priorities, project and initiatives relating to Career Enablers and Frameworks, Counselor Excellence and LEAD Reviewer Excellence and Experiences to feed into Region CDP strategy, as required
·  Provide ongoing goal setting / career planning coaching to manager and employee as needed

Onboarding:

·  Support the Regional onboarding process and Identify and implement process improvements
·  Deploy measurement and evaluation tools for onboarding of all hires (inc Executives)
·  Provide management information and insights into process and Region progress
·  Co-ordinate OB activities for all hires

LEAD :

·  Provide administrative support with various aspects of LEAD/LEAD for PPEDDs
·  Share and promote the use of data to identify local improvement opportunities across change and other aspects of the LEAD/LEAD for PPEDD agenda
·  Gather lessons learned (and support with focus groups, surveys etc.), enhancement requests, feedback and other information from country/SL teams and support forming a regional view/summary for Area/Global discussions
·  Deploy local communications and messaging to support LEAD/LEAD for PPEDDs
·  Cascade and localize (as needed) EMEIA/Global information and guidance to local Talent team members
·  Own year-end workbooks to support PFCs/LRWs (cascade, briefing coordinators, etc.)
·  Raise with GCO any requests to delete feedback
·  Support Leadership feedback activities (local comms, campaigns, establish sponsorship from business leaders, support with reporting and analysis, etc.)
·  Coordinate with Total Reward to enable compensation modelling and completion of the compensation process

Counselor Excellence (CE):

·  Measurement and evaluation of Counselor and LEAD reviewer excellence
·  Support deployment and promote learning programs (as required) together with L&D teams to support Counselor/LR Excellence

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

·  Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels

·  Budget planning and financial management skills and experience

Other Requirements:

·  May need to travel during transition, otherwise travel time will be very limited
·  Other Language proficiency to be considered based on region/centre specific requirements
·  Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed
·  This role requires to support the Americas & MENA Time Zones which will require the resource to work on rotational shifts
·  MENA coverage will be Sun – Thu working week
·  May need to work extra hours in case of special customer requirements

Job Requirements:

Education:

·  Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation

Experience :

·  Minimum of 9+ years of progressive experience including at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
·  Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
·  Experience in Coaching or Coaching Certification is preferred
·  Experience of working in Learning and development is desired
·  Working in international and diverse environments
