The opportunity

With our support you’ll build valued relationships with our clients and other members of Consulting team and will focus on high-impact opportunities and projects. Bringing experience and unique insight on one or more disciplines, you will use your knowledge to provide combined services covering a spectrum of activities from strategy and transformation in banking and finance to financial risk management and information technology. We’re currently growing our Consulting team across all capabilities to help meet increasing demand, providing you with the opportunity to work with a number of large-scale projects for major clients in Greece and abroad.

 

Your key responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for working directly with clients to transform their business problems into technology solutions.

The goal is to support our clients' efforts to develop products or services that meet customer expectations and generate business value or make their business units more effective and efficient.

You will be responsible for creating and documenting Test cases/scenarios, performing manual or automated tests, recording results & defects and re-executing scenarios after defect resolution by developers (regression testing), supporting technology delivery teams through technology design, implementation monitoring and verification tasks. You will need to collaborate closely with business users, business analysts, solution architects and software developers.

·  Ability to document and communicate effectively outcomes of testing process (for Technical QA or UAT) both in writing and verbally.
·  Remain current on new developments in testing methodologies and automation tools, technology and industry knowledge
·  Drive and/or facilitate decision making in domain of expertise (testing & test management)
·  Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks under tight deadlines
·  Ability to interact with teams and client stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
·  Ability to develop reports and presentations that are clear and impactful
·  Provide insights and recommendations to help verify that the solution/technology is meeting business requirements and identify new projects or opportunities for additional services.
·  Continuously evolve your technical awareness

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

·  At least 1-4 years of experience in software User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Technical QA, Business Analysis, Transformation or Project management roles. Eagerness to work independently in order to deliver high quality outcomes for complex problems under demanding timeframes
·  Advanced business writing skills both in Greek and English language
·  A bachelor and/or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or other related field with quantitative focus
·  Proficiency in one or more of the following competencies
·  Definition of business and functional requirements;
·  Definition of Software testing strategies and plans
·  Knowledge and implementation of software testing methodologies
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations
·  Working experience in UAT or Technical QA activities
·  Test scenario writing languages (e.g. Gherkin) and/or test automation software tools (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, Appium)
·  Advanced user of MS Office suite (especially for MS Excel and PowerPoint)

 

Ideally, you’ll also have one or more of the following:

·  Relevant experience in financial services sector (preferably with a combination of operational and technical knowledge in Banking environment) or top tier consulting firms
·  Experience in business analysis methodologies and documentation standards
·  Knowledge of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modeling (use cases, processes, data, interfaces, etc.), traceability matrices
·  Project Management methodologies experience and/or relevant qualifications: Agile or traditional waterfall (PMP, Prince2)
·  Working experience in business intelligence technologies (e.g. SQL, PowerBI)
