Technology Consulting – Program Management, Project Management and Business Analysis

In this role we focus on improving the effectiveness of the organisation, enabling technology to more efficiently and cost effectively support key business objectives and strengthen the alignment between technology and business operations across various sectors. We deliver tailored solutions based on the specific needs of our clients’ business requirements, leveraging technologies such as e-commerce, mobile, artificial intelligence, Blockchain, data analytics and much more. The opportunity

As a Technology Consultant, you will help businesses to adapt, transform, seize opportunities and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation. You will help clients to help solve their toughest strategic issues and deliver high-value, actionable recommendations from strategy through to execution.

Your key responsibilities

·  Drawing on your skills and experience to date you will work as part of a fast-growing practice supporting the business analysis, project management and program portfolio management.
·  Working with client counterparts in designing and implementing business capabilities that harness emerging and scaled technologies, such as Cloud, Blockchain, AI, Automation, Data and Analytics and Internet of Things (IoT).
·  Perform gap analysis and contribute in the formulation of  the overall solution strategy and roadmap.
·  Analyse business processes and transformation, information systems concept, structure architecture and engineer requirements.
·  Develop solutions based on the broad range of technology offerings in line to the client’s need and in conformance to the technology strategy and assets within the client’s IT landscape

 

What are we looking for?

 

Education background

·  A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field. (MQF Level 6)

 

Professional Certification

·  Professional certification from Microsoft, SAP, Software Engineering Institute and OpenGroup will be considered an asset
·  Project management certification from Project Management Institute, PRINCE and SCRUM will be considered an asset

 

Experience

·  At least two (2) years of work experience in technology transformation or implementation-related roles (IT program transformation, robotics process automation/ automation related roles, enterprise application, data and analytics, mobile and web application, etc.)
·  Experience in working on projects utilizing waterfall and Agile project methodologies
·  Experience in software development, IT operations, and application support
·  Knowledgeable in application development practices, and architecture frameworks, patterns and business practices

 

Skills

·  Strong communication, analytical, listening and problem-solving skills
·  Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment
·  Able to meet tight deadlines and project timelines
·  Able to analyse business and technical requirements enabling the design and build of scalable enterprise application architectures
·  Accurately identify client issues and communicate clear explanations and suggested actions to the project team
·  Experience and certification in Microsoft technology portfolio including Azure, Dynamics, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Azure development will be considered an asset
·  Experience and certification in enterprise systems will be considered an asset
