The opportunity
Leveraging our knowledge of Digital environments and industry trends, we are developing innovation solutions to build and sustain risk management and governance programs for our clients. You will support our internal and external development teams in delivering our applications with high quality.
Your key responsibilities
· Plan and execute tests
· Understand the business problem and the application
· Create test scripts, test reports
· Be the intermediary between the users and the development team, collect and document user feedback during testing.
· Follow the development process, give updates to customers help the development teams with the information they need.
· Create user documentation.
· Develop manual and automatic test procedures.
Skills and attributes for success
· Good communication skills in Hungarian and English
· Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, when required
· Client-oriented mentality
To qualify for the role you must have
· Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) and 1-3 years of IT experience / IT support experience
· Min. 1-3 years of experience in software testing role.
· Effective communication with Business and the development teams to identify issues and help them to be resolved.
· Experience in working with ticketing systems (e.g. YouTrack, Redmine)
· Familiarity with software development process
Ideally, you’ll also have
· Familiarity with Source Code Management Systems (especially test plans, Kanban, etc.).
· JIRA, SNOW ticketing system related knowledge
· Any automed test skill is welcome (Selenium, RPA)
