Job description

POSITION

We are seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to play a vital role in driving the success of our client engagements by providing critical project support to our Consultants and reinforcing our engagement team to help deliver outstanding results to our clients. 

The primary focus of the CSA will be to collaborate with our engagement teams and partner with our clients, the leading private equity firms in the world, to provide due diligence services as well as value creation engagements within their portfolio companies. Our engagements tie together our broad knowledge of software-driven businesses and markets as well as our deep expertise in software products and software development. As a CSA you will become an expert in Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, the engagement lifecycle, and the workings of a client-focused professional services firm.

As a CSA you will be focused on business development activities in addition to working on client engagements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The CSA will provide support to our Partners and VPs in Business Development and Lead Generation.

·  Work with Directors to ensure CRM is consistently accurate and up to date
·  Facilitate conflict checks and engagement approvals
·  Provide support in client event planning as well as monthly email campaigns
·  Provide proposal support through research and knowledge management

 

The CSA will collaborate with Consultants during engagements and play a vital role in project success and management by ensuring process quality standards are adhered to

·  Help to manage and create collaborative project work sites for each engagement Assist Operations Manager with staffing recommendations and adjustments
·  Ensure agreements, engagement proposals and other engagement-related documents are executed and completed with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
·  Routinely work with engagement team to complete post engagement processes and report status of completion to Operations Manager
·  Coordinate with engagement team and Finance Department to capture and report team expenses and 3 rd party vendor verification for billing
·  Help plan team Lunch & Learns based on new materials derived from engagements

REQUIREMENTS

·  A Bachelor's degree with a preference towards a business concentration
·  A strong desire to be part of a fast-growing team 
·  Experience with standard business tools such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and CRM tools
·  An analytical, data-driven mindset
·  Outstanding oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organization
·  Detail-oriented with strng planning skills and consistent follow-through
·  Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time, multiple tasks, and deadlines effectively
·  A self-starter who possess the intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver
