Senior Technical Data Analyst (Affordable Care Act) (Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.
Provide traditional data analysis for managed services products. Receive and download client data via prescribed data secure methods compliant with industry best practices. Review client data submissions for completeness and proper format utilizing EY tools and procedures. Load client data into proprietary or licensed tools and then produce load and error reports to share internally and with the submitters of the data. Be responsible for deeper troubleshooting or analysis using Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, ETL solutions or .net applications to help Data Analysts research questions and solve problems. Conduct small scale development of tools and new resources for process improvement. Create and monitor test case scenarios, conducting troubleshooting related to User Acceptance Testing.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. In the alternative, will accept a Master's degree in in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 3 years of related work experience manipulating, analyzing and researching large data sets using Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
Must have 2 years of experience writing and reviewing Business Requirements Documents.
Must have 3 years of experience with data layouts, file formats, transmission methods and encryption technology.
Must have 2 years of experience identifying and resolving data issues.
Must have 2 years of experience creating test case scenarios and troubleshooting User Acceptance Testing.
Must have 3 years of experience with SQL, .NET and ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) tools.
Must have 1 year experience in the administration of compliance with the Affordable Care Act or similar IRS regulations.
Must have 1 year of experience managing data analysis projects.
