Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (Americas Tax Technology Group) (Manager) ( Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Nashville, TN.
Conduct quality assurance testing of solutions to support the Americas Tax Practice. Assist in the development of quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures. Support Quality Assurance Management in determining status, assessing problem areas, suggesting and reviewing corrective actions, and reworking and re-planning activities. Work with project stakeholders to determine the appropriate quality initiatives to implement during system development life cycles. Conduct tests and analyze results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and/or client and technical requirements. Coordinates and manages planning of system and/or acceptance tests within a development or integration project. Identifies process improvements and contributes to corporate testing standards and definition of best practices. Investigates and documents the internal control of specified aspects of automated processes, assessing compliance with the relevant standards. Controls, updates and distributes new and revised quality standards, including technical changes. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday– Friday,40hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate quality assurance testing experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field and four years of quality assurance testing experience.
Must have 4 years of experience with Selenium, SQL and C#.
Must have 4 years of experience with the software development cycle, including the functional and non-functional test phases, and with software development process improvement.
Must have 4 years of experience with Agile and automation processes.
Must have 3 years of experience with keyword-driven test automation frameworks.
Must have 3 years of experience with Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) and CI/CD pipelines.
Must have 3 years of experience with HP Unified Functional Testing and/or Quick Test Professional.
Must have 3 years of experience in supervising teams consisting of at least 2 people on multiple projects and providing direction to team members.
Must have 1 year of experience with Azure DevOps.
Must have 1 year of Coded User Interface (UI) experience.
Requires travel up to 10%, to serve client needs.
