Job description

The opportunity:

 

The role will function as part of GDS aligned to GSA (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) Brand, Marketing & Communication (BMC) team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting BMC tools and technologies, primarily Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) tool.
The ideal candidate will have a technology background and an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing required to manage the tools.

 

Your key responsibilities:

 

·  Supporting the project coordination of the regional website in a new digital publishing environment, workflow creation and governance, monitoring delivery to the established scope, timing, budget and standards
·  Technology savvy to quickly get up to speed in various marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media scheduling platforms, SharePoint, web content management systems, marketing automation tools, etc.)
·  Planning and executing global digital marketing strategy for paid and native activities
·  Implementation of website analysis using Adobe Analytics
·  Optimizing the content and its structure accordingly to best SEO practices
·  Collaborating across remote and diverse project teams, coordinating deployment with counter-parts in our global and country-based project teams
·  Capturing and communicating regular, accurate reporting on progress status. This requires  understanding and interpreting agile reporting and status reports, spotting patterns and escalating potential concerns appropriately
·  Attending regular virtual project meetings and taking clear and concise minutes to be able to manage action log and follow up with action owners afterwards. You will also manage logistics for internal meetings, video conferences and workshops

Skills and attributes for success:

 

·  Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience
·  Strong English and German language skills
·  Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy including: content marketing, social media, SEO and marketing automation
·  Familiarity with digital marketing platforms as well as project management tool (MS Azure)
·  Knowledge of digital content management systems and Adobe Analytics system a strong benefit
·  Proven project management capabilities, including risk, organization and time management skills
·  Able to work independently, with attention to detail, a proactive approach to making the project succeed with absolute integrity.
·  Strong communication skills. Able to clearly and concisely communicate with colleagues at all levels
