The opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

·  Responsible for the successful implementation for Successfactors for our clients
·  Analyze the client’s requirement and propose an appropriate solution and realization
·  Supporting clients in their transformation journey through the design and implementation
·  Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes, Manage risk, quality, timeline, and budget of the SuccessFactors implementation

Skills and attributes for success

·  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and forward thinking in a problem-solving environment

To qualify for the role, you must have

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or IT related disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience for the Senior Consultant role and a Minimum of 6 years for the Manager role
·  SAP implementation experience in the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
·  Understating of SAP best practices
·  Familiarity with Human Capital business processes and leading industry practices in payroll
·  Proven ability to build valued relationships with clients
·  Excellent communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  Experience in client facing roles in a consulting environment
