Your task will be to work as part of the Consulting team. The team provides professional consultancy to EY’s clients. The group focuses on complex consulting projects in the public sector, including evaluations, public policy analyses, organizational development and management consulting projects, supplied to both local and global clients.
Your key responsibilities
· Carry out and research and data collection, conduct analyses in a variety of fields (mostly within public sector).
· Write policy papers, develop relevant recommendations and solutions for our clients.
· Supervise and coach assistants.
· Prepare business proposals and presentations.
· Plan and scope projects, manage stakeholders.
· Monitor and report delivery status.

To qualify for the role you must have
· At least 3 years of relevant experience (participation in advisory projects)
· College or university degree in Economics or Public Policy or related fields.
· Flluent English and Hungarian (excellent writing skills are also essential).
· Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Ideally, you'll also have
· Government and public sector experience or participation in consulting projects in the field of government and public sector
· Big4 experience
· Academic writing experience or experience in journalism
