The Opportunity

We opened our office in Dublin due to a high demand in the Irish Market for our services from customer research to customer-centered design, execution and optimisation! As our team expands we need ambitious applicants to grasp the opportunities that are present in the market and work together with our team in delivering exceptional work to our clients. Senior Consultants have the opportunity to deliver on leading-edge engagements for a range of world-class clients. You'll work across several client engagements, within a wide variety of industries contributing to our team achieving outstanding results. You’ll become a trusted advisor in your work and demonstrate it by delivering the most amazing customer and client experiences. You’ll be hands-on by consistently delivering work on time and supporting project and client relationships.

 

Key tasks and responsibilities 

•    Working closely with the consulting team and client to support successful programme delivery.
•    Assist in the preparation of proposals to sell major design programmes to help grow the business.
•    Assist with budget management during engagements to ensure all finances are on target.
•    Embed yourself within the engagements that you are working on and ensure you are building strong, positive relationships with all stakeholders.
•    Identify opportunities to help clients improve their understanding of their customers and develop their offerings to serve them better.
•    Unlock the power of customer centricity for our clients and be passionate about enabling this through strong relationships, delivery and outcomes for our clients.

Experience and attribute

To qualify for the role, you must have at least 2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: 

o    CX or digital transformation 
o    Product UX / UI design 
o    Business strategy and business model analysis
o    Customer / product go-to market strategy and proposition development 
o    Quantitative/qualitative research and analysis
o    Service design
o    Customer journey mapping 

•    Ability to build new business presentations and write detailed digital and experience consultancy proposals.
•    Good research and analysis skills and background combined with a good eye for business.
•    Excellent written English and attention to detail, in all forms of content – MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
•    Ability to work with clients and wider stakeholders to build trusted advisor relationships.
•    Comfortable in and experience with a client-facing position, including delivering client workshops.
•    Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating consistent commitment and optimism toward work challenges. 
•    Strong 3rd level educational qualifications.
