EY-Functional – Staff/Senior

 

As part of our EY GDS-Data team, you will be responsible for making solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements. He/She will be responsible for process design, configuration, assistance with testing, requirements gathering and ultimately setup a fully functional development, test, and production environment to delivery SAP MDG scope to the client.

We’re looking for Staff/Senior with expertise in SAP S/4 Implementation to join the EYD GDS Data team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

·  Minimum 4-10 years of experience in SAP Functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP MM/SD modules
·  End-to-end SAP MM implementation experience in 3 projects of which 2 should be SAP S/4 HANA migration or S/4 HANA implementation projects
·  Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support
·  Prepare proof of concept for new functional requirement and demonstrate to business teams
·  Should be able to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
·  Should have knowledge on full life cycle end to end implementation for Master Data such as Business Partner (Vendor Master & Customer Master) & Material Master
·  Should have worked on preparation of functional Specification documents
·  Should be able to connect to customers and gather requirements and work independently on those requirements
·  Implementation of Business Partner Conversion & Customer Vendor Integration (CVI)
·  Maintenance of all master data and Customizing Business Partner and CVI
·  Maintenance of master data to prepare for migration
·  Checking data quality functionalities of business partners and master data, such as number assignment, relationships, duplicate checks, address check and completion, tax number checks, etc
·  Good knowledge & exposure on Workflows
·  Prepare and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing
·  Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
·  Correction and harmonization of process and system customization requirements in the front end, middleware and SAP system
·  Creation of interfaces connected to the SAP ERP system
·  Coordination, documentation and training of process changes
·  Preparation of technical specifications as a guideline for development
·  Training and go-live preparation (support training, support migration, go-live decision etc.)
·  Go-Live and Hypercare Support (Go-Live Support, Project Documentation, Training, Training and Documentation etc.)
·  Creation of a suitable solution concept and support during implementation
·  Cooperation with the development team and the migration team
·  Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

·  College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
·  Approximately 5 to 8 years of experience in a functional role. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period
·  SAP certifications a plus

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

·  Good understanding of third-party interfaces & data conversion.
·  End to end master process knowledge.
·  Must have good communication and analytical skills.
·  Detail understanding of SAP ERP master data
·  Good understanding on Roles and Authorization
·  Migration, Legacy Data Transfer
·  Good knowledge & exposure on Data Quality remediation procedure & analysts
·
