The opportunity

The tax landscape has gone through rapid changes during the last few years which coupled with a digitalization of the tax administration is causing huge disruptions. In this role you will have the opportunity to help develop the next generation of digitalized tax services as well as bespoke solutions for our clients. Automation is the key driver in the digitalization of tax, and this role will give you the opportunity to work at the forefront of the evolving tax landscape, help develop completely new service offerings as well drastically transform existing services.

Your key responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

·  Identify and assess processes to determine potential for RPA based solutions
·  Preparation of processes for RPA (redesign, data gaps, etc.)
·  Support for already delivered RPA solutions
·  Developing and delivering new RPA solutions

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

·  A Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
·  2-3 years of work experience as a consultant
·  Experience working with RPA Tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath) and good programming experience
·  Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
·  The ability and desire to take initiative and work independently as well as collaborate with other team members depending on project size and needs

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  Good communication skills that allow you to bridge the gap between both the business and the clients
·  Experience working with or interacting through RPA with one or more systems/tools such as DBMSs, ERPs, ETL tools etc.
