The opportunity

In this role you will work along with our clients in advising them on process automations by enhancing or re-engineering their processes and operations through automation solutions such as robotic process automation (RPA).

Your key responsibilities:

·  Manage and lead teams of advisory professionals in implementations
·  Analyse and identify processes suitable for automation through RPA, and validate feasibility of automation
·  Re-engineer processes using re-engineering and process optimization methods
·  Build business cases, providing dependable estimates and contribute towards cost-benefit guidelines
·  Design and architect solutions around RPA software, also able to advise on RPA tool selection
·  Oversee as well as develop technical and functional specifications
·  Lead and participate in development (coding), build and test of RPA bots
·  Lead client meetings and workshops, focusing on automation through RPA, also to conduct training of RPA to clients and internal team
·  Respond to client queries, through the perspective of advisory, implementation and technology
·  Support business development activities, which includes developing proposals and organize marketing events
·  Proactively investigate new emerging technologies and solutions in the automation space

To qualify for the role, you must have

·  Minimum of 5 years consulting or implementation experience, including a minimum of 1 year in the delivery of RPA solutions
·  Good to have - SAP functional consultants or technical / ABAP consultants with minimum of 4 years of implementation experience are encouraged to apply
·  Domain experience at a minimum of 2 years either in a shared services industry or specific industry / function, i.e.: finance, HR, IT, maintenance, sales, etc
·  Able to independently develop (code) and build RPA in at least one of the leading platforms (for example Blue Prism, UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Workfusion, Pega or Antworks), certified professionals preferred
·  Must have experience in delivery using Agile methods, certified professionals preferred
·  Exposure to architectural design patterns for RPA and adjacent technology components

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  RPA certification in any of the RPA software platforms
·  Agile Scrum, PMP, TOGAF or ITIL certified
