Risk Advisor, Risk (CREAS) (Corporate Real Estate) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) , Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Los Angeles, CA.

 

Provide guidance to businesses in developing corporate real estate portfolio optimization and facilities management strategies. Conduct quantitative analyses of information related to corporate real estate portfolios, including benchmarking, utilization, and location reviews. Develop workplace and facilities management strategies to promote optimization of the portfolio and enhance workforce enablement. Analyze relevant technology solutions for improvement of asset management, CMMS solutions, lease management, and other real estate related applications.  Review and analyze financial information, develop total cost of occupancy models, and build alternative operating and execution model financial scenarios to inform business decisions. Review, existing governance frameworks and compare contrast to leading and emerging practices to help drive more effective policies and business transparency. Advise clients by preparing plans of action and where appropriate assist with relevant projects, from requirements definition through implementation and stabilization. 

Manage, lead and motivate project focused teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds, including across service lines, with the ability to adapt to leading projects in diverse business sectors. Consistently deliver quality client services by establishing clear objectives and methodologies, monitoring progress, and driving mitigation efforts as needed. Manage Firm related internal governance processes for Quality and other internal engagement metrics. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

 
Full time employment, Monday– Friday,40hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Architecture, or Construction or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Architecture, or Construction or a related field and 4 years of related work experience. 

Must have 4 years of experience working within a corporate real estate, public accounting, or professional services firm, or in an industry role, managing corporate real estate and/or facility/workplace services. 

Must have 3 years of experience providing consulting/advisory services within the real estate/workplace services sector. 

Must have 2 years of experience in conducting complex quantitative analyses of information related to corporate real estate portfolio using a combination of one or more of the following systems : 
- Accruent
- Archibus
- Trimble Manhattan and Prolog
- IBM Tririga 
- Maximo
- Oracle Primavera
- Planon
- SAP RE
- Power BI
- Excel

Must have 3 years of experience applying technical knowledge to corporate real estate. 

Must have 3 years of experience leading teams of advisory/consulting professionals, or leading Real Estate or Facilities/Workplace services function in an industry management role. 

Must have 3 years of professional services client facing consulting experience.
Must have 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: 
- Program management for large scale business transformation projects and programs; 
- Developing new business with existing clients at the C' level of Fortune 500 companies; OR 
- Leading a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects.

Requires domestic travel up to 75%.
