As part of our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for the establishment, management and governance of Singapore’s record management function in alignment with legal regulations and firm policies. This position will draw together our existing Service Line records management functions with the aim of implementing a standardized and centralized record management function for Singapore. In order to optimize current practices and services, an in-depth review will be conducted together with recommendations for a future paper and electronic records management solution.
Your key responsibilities
You will maintain Records Management System, including maintenance and management of active and archived records. You will also maintain organizational security and confidentiality of information in accordance with organizational policy. In addition, you will assist staff with requests to locate and retrieve information. You will participate as a member of the Records Management Team in innovative and creative ways whilst providing courteous, efficient and professional service. Also, you will be assisting with administrative duties as required.

To qualify for the role you must have
· GCE 'O' Level or above
· Experience in document control
· Approximately 1 year of experience in a large corporate record management environment or warehouse environment
Ideally, you’ll also have
· Prior working experience in global professional services organization or mid-tier firms
