You will be:
• Handling incoming phone calls
• Managing conference rooms and meetings
• Managing and tracking office correspondence, cooperation with courier, post office
• Managing office orders and purchases, cooperation with suppliers, service providers
• Actively participating in the operational tasks of the office
• Performing of other tasks assigned by the Management including ad-hoc issues will be another part of your job
We are interested in hiring a professional with a very good communication skills. You should have a strong commitment to high standard of work. Having experience in similar services or position, would be very welcome.
What we look for:
• Finished high/secondary school
• Very good communication skills
• Client orientation
• Ability to solve problems, set priorities and organize your own working time
• Fluent English and Slovak
• Computer skills (MS Office, advanced skills in MS Excel)
