Quality and Risk Management Assistant
We look for a junior individual, with 2-3 years of experience to join our Quality and Risk Management (QRM) team in the Tax Service Line and to continue to build professional skills in an international environment.
Main responsibilities:
· QRM Policy support – understanding, monitoring and developing QRM policies. Responding to routine inquiries and providing support to the client serving teams in the application of the QRM policies.
· Database support - assistance to the professional staff in the use of QRM databases and tools, exercising good judgment in applying firm protocols and guidelines.
· Development of user-friendly processes and tools.
· Preparation and preliminary analysis of management reports.
Requirements:
· 2-3 years of work experience
· Degree preferably in Economics
· Good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
· Displays positive attitude: willingness to learn, meets challenges and changes with an open mind, demonstrates commitment to the job
· Plans and organizes own work and keeps team members informed of status and activities
· Experience in the field of legal assistance is an advantage
· Attention to details, efficient, able to prioritize,
· Excellent communications skills
· Advanced spoken and written English skills in addition to fluent Hungarian
· Strong computer skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes)
