Business Technology is a GSA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) Enablement Function with the purpose to establish a strategic technology foundation in our Region. This technology foundation will help GSA to leverage technology as a game changer and enabler for businesses in the digital age and boost our own transformation capacity.Essential functions of the job:
·  Managing projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost for projects typically up to $500k in value and 6 months in duration
·  Use of project management methodology, tools and templates (includes project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management)
·  Use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques e.g. RAIDS, budget, communication
·  Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises
·  Manage several projects simultaneously
·  Delivery that includes the use of supplier and offshore resources
·  Ensuring clients and suppliers alike perform in accordance with original agreement
·  Take over product responsibility with the definition of the strategic roadmap and the monitoring of all product processes

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future
·  University degree in computer science, MBA or related discipline or similar experience
·  App. 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management related to the follows fields the implementation of use cases for automation purpose, projects, which are requests directly from internal business customer and projects, which are driven by a global IT project with the focus to the GSA area
·  App. 1 to 3 years’ experiences in the product management with the strategic definition of a product roadmap
·  Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred Certification in PMBOK or Prince and Scrum/SAFe 
·  Worked on different levels and with different geographies of the organization -international experience preferred
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills (include negotiation)
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English/German both verbally and in writing
·  Strong team working skills across matrixed client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
