Project Management Support Supervising Associate
The ASA role improves account team efficiency and effectiveness through the performance of key project management and coordination activities.

The opportunity
We’re looking for Supervising Associates with expertise in account support skills to join our ASA Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering. ASA team helps in account coordination, project management, financial analysis, data compliance requirements and other miscellaneous administrative activities.
ASA team was set up in 2012. Currently, there is a team of close to 400 professionals spread across Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kochi, Manila, Warsaw and Wroclaw. The vision is to expand the scope and reach of ASA services to new geographies, add new work-types. This would bring tremendous learning and growth opportunities for the people with right attitude and required skills.
Your key responsibilities
· Business Development, to liaise and work with project teams across geographies to expand ASA’s footprint
· Assist in hiring, documentation, training and other project related aspects
· Facilitate establishment of new work from project initiation to ‘business as usual'
· Manage operations for multiple clients / processes, being the Engagement Manager and support with overall Co-ordination, supervision, and development effort for a growing team of account coordinators (associates and sr. associates)
· Team development (mentoring, counselling, team building)
· Responsible for quality control, review of the team's work, and ensuring overall adherence to Turn Around Time, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement
· Process documentation and facilitation of knowledge sharing
· To escalate any major delays & suggest effective/feasible solutions
· Assist engagement teams with monitoring and communication of the budget, billing schedules and work in process
· Analyse and monitor costs against budget, and assist teams with resourcing plan for engagement
Skills and attributes for success
· Academics in Commerce/Business Administration/Economics and/or minimum two years of experience in Project Management/ People Management role
· Previous accounting / finance / business process outsourcing experience and/or project management experience - ideally at least 8 years with 1-2 years’ experience as a Team Lead
· Excellent communication skills - written and verbal English. Expertise in additional languages will be an added advantage
· Very strong organizational and management skills
· Experience of training small teams in new or established processes and developing suitable training material
· Strong analytical skills
