The opportunity

EY's Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle application implementations along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the Oracle’s applications and technology space. Oracle Applications and Technology Services within the COE supports area offices by providing resources that can design, architect, deliver and lead innovative solutions leveraging technical capabilities of Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications. This group advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business.

Your key responsibilities

·  Analyze and understand the enterprise application landscape of the customer, define and implement integration strategy between HCM/ERP cloud and customer’s downstream systems, build data migration strategy, advise on data privacy and data security best practices.
·  Partner with business analysts, functional application consultants and application developers for requirements analysis, solution design, development and testing for reports, interfaces, integrations, extensions and data migrations.
·  Develop technical design and documentation for Oracle Applications dependent data conversions, interfaces, custom reporting, and custom applications including use of documented revision control.
·  Drive the resolution & troubleshooting of issues during development and post production support.
·  Design, document and perform unit testing to validate product functionality.
·  Gain understanding of product roadmap, features and functionalities and perform knowledge sharing sessions for advancement of teams.

To qualify for the role you must have 

 

·  A bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience. 
·  4-5 years of experience working with an HCM / ERP system in a software development role, integration developer or application developer, with at least 1 year spent in a development or integration lead role.
·  Proven track record in integration technologies utilizing SOA , SOA frameworks or integration platform with Oracle Cloud applications.
·  Approximately 3 years of practical Oracle Cloud / Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience focusing on HR , Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Compensation and Time and Labor.
·  1-2 years of hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST and SOAP, and integrations tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or any leading integration platform.
·  Demonstrated use of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
·  Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills.
·  Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including emerging technologies, SOA governance, and new technologies.
·  The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel 70-90% of a work schedule.

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

·  Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or Mathematics or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)
