Operations Specialist

 

This position provides technical and functional support for all functions within GDS Consulting Operations. Responsible for analytics, forecasting of resources and involved in all types of operational work across the company.

 

The opportunity

 

Person hired for this role will have an opportunity to learn how operation department in a consultancy business works and how it is being set up

 

Your key responsibilities

 

·  Communication with external vendors in a swift and efficient manner
·  Coordinates with IT, Recruitment and L&D team in supporting the on-boarding process
·  Required to work closely with multiple managers and other leaders to complete scheduling assignments.
·  Provides regular communication to Experience (Resource) Management (EM) leadership regarding EM activities, reports and issues.
·  Identify over and under-utilized personnel, be proactive in identifying additional resources to bring utilization in line with their peers.

·  Strong analytical skills - detail oriented
·  Being able to work and being precise under pressure of time
·  Very good English communication skills, both oral and written

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

·  +3 years of working experience
·  Strong client service focus - responsive to requests maintains a sense of urgency in resolving issues
·  Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

·  Proficient in the scheduling tools and other Microsoft applications.

·  Flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities
