Onboarding Associate with German

 

Your key responsibilities

 

In this particular role, you will support HR/Recruitment team in Switzerland in onboarding activities and responding to process related queries from customer and candidates/employees.

·  Building and maintaining positive business relationships within a net of stakeholders in EY Switzerland– recruiters, hiring managers, payroll and HR Services
·  Managing Onboarding process related tasks, through system updates, documents creation and communication to different parties
·  Ensuring professional communication at all times in line with EY expectations and policy.
·  Attending to HR functional inquiries/requests/transactions as assigned (including inquiries or requests via telephone or email) in accordance with established policies and procedures
·  Ensuring all new process updates are incorporated while processing transactions
