Mobility Systems Analyst, Core Business Services (Center for Mobility Services) (Multiple Positions) , Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Greenville, SC.
Provide mobility leadership with the appropriate details surrounding an assignee in order for them to counsel internal leaders on how the global mobility policies can support their assignees and business needs. Identify and analyze business needs and provide recommendations for developing new/more efficient mobility processes. Provide written and oral briefings on mobility system issues to internal executives. Ensure that mobility tools are compatible with other internal HR systems. Configure mobility tool updates, including configuration changes, revised and additional templates and policy documents. Create reports, dashboards and widgets to support Global Mobility and Immigration specialists. Liaise between HR, IT, Finance and other stakeholders. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday– Friday,40hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Finance or a related field and 7 years of related work experience. Will accept a 3 or 4 year degree. In the alternative, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Finance or a related field and 6 years of related work experience.
Must have 6 years of experience with Assignment Pro (APro).
Must have 6 years of experience with financial concepts related to mobility services, including tax calculations, gross ups, budgeting and accrual, and expense management.
Must have 6 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OneNote.
Must have 6 years of experience advising internal or external client executives on global mobility policies or systems.
Must have 5 years of experience managing global mobility assignments, including experience creating calculations for detailed cost estimates.
Must have 3 years of experience programming with MySQL, SQL, HTML5, CSS, or Bootstrap.
Must have 2 years of experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau.
Must be eligible to receive GPHR, SPHR, SPHRi, ERC, CRP, CAPM or GMS certification or designation within one year of hire or promotion
Requires up to 10% domestic and international travel, to serve client needs.
