Americas Media Coordinator - Supervising Associate

The Americas Media Coordinator - Supervising Associate is an administrative, role to support the EY Americas Media Leader via administrative processes essential to a smooth and effective delivery of media placements across EY service lines, industry sectors and other groups as part of the EY Americas Brand Marketing and Communications (BMC) group. At any given time, there can be 30 or more media campaigns hitting US audiences with a robust number of internal processes required, meetings to schedule, stakeholders to manage and tasks to complete. As such, a coordinator is needed to support administrative functions. The ideal candidate has a coordinator background in the media buying space, strong organizational skills, experience planning meetings/comparing calendars, executing internal administrative tasks and can maintain a sense of patience and calm amongst a high volume of activity and stakeholders across multiple time zones. The position is remote.

The responsibilities will be administrative in nature to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of a large volume of media buys. Additional essential tasks include but are not limited to:

·  Meeting scheduler: Coordinate all internal and external meetings associated with media campaigns.
·  “BRET” facilitation: Work with EY Risk and Procurement teams to vet individual publishers per internal EY risk policies/process to insure independence compliance to ensure smooth delivery of buys where multiple publishers are at play.
·  Tagging requests: Work with the ey.com Global Team to create and monitor internal EY tagging and tracking requests and complete internal documentation associated with these tagging requests to ensure cookies associated with media buys are in place in time for each buy.
·  Light analytics support: Work with GDS (off-shore resources) to de-dupe account, search and other lists to otherwise ensure ideal frequency and delivery of media.
·  “SCORE” reviews: Facilitate internal creative visual identity, legal and risk reviews
·  Creative asset management: Help catalogue creative assets

 

Marketing, advertising or media agency administrative experience is required.
