The Global Markets – Digital Products & Solutions (DPS) team drives transformational business solutions within EY through digital solution design, state-of-the-art technology architecture, and innovative data integration and analytics. We work closely with Global Markets leadership and stakeholders in the EY areas and functions to bring to life solutions and platforms that will enable them and their account teams to be successful in working with each other and with their clients.

DPS is led globally by Robin Hutchinson and is made up of approximately 30 professionals across the following competencies: Solution Design, Technical Architecture & Analytics, Product Management, Data Implementation and Integration, and Activation. We work closely with EY teams globally, including, Business Development, EY Technology, Transformation Zone, Global Delivery Services, and Brand Marketing & Communications to bring together the full power of EY to drive critical support for our account teams and our clients.

The opportunity

In the role, you will play an important part in helping to drive the deployment and implementation, in Asia-Pacific, of critical account management and other Global Markets platforms developed and/or supported by DPS. You are likely to spend most of your time connecting with colleagues within the Asia Pacific Markets team (including Business Development) and directly with account teams to raise awareness of relevant platforms and solutions, and provide implementation guidance, leading practices, and troubleshooting assistance. In order to do this, you will need to build a strong internal network and demonstrate a good understanding of the business, account management and business development.

Your key responsibilities

You will spend the majority of your time supporting Asia Pacific implementation of critical account management and other Global Markets platforms. You will also represent the needs of Asia Pacific in developing global processes and leading practices. Building effective relationships with the Asia Pacific Markets team and account teams will be an essential part of your role.

Your key responsibilities:

·  Drive deployment of critical account management and other Global Markets platforms within Asia Pacific:
- Demonstrations for business leaders and accounts
-End user question support
- Technical and business use guidance
·  Work with the global DPS team to provide time zone coverage of user support, including:
- Answer end-user questions on account management platforms and conduct demo sessions as needed in Asia Pacific time zones as well as occasional coverage in other Areas as needed
- Contribute to providing 24-hour coverage of centralized support mailboxes
·  Provide data support throughout deployment and implementation:
- Reporting related to platform/solution deployment (e.g. usage reporting, other reporting as needed)
- Data hygiene initiatives and processes as required (cleaning up invalid emails, correcting Factiva links, etc)
·  Initiate, build and sustain relationships with key Area stakeholders
·  Build cross-geography relationships within DPS and Global/Area Markets to leverage existing Global/Area best practices and initiatives

Skills and attributes for success


As a successful candidate, you will have experience in implementing account management, customer relationship management (CRM) and/or business development solutions. You will have strong communication skills (verbal and written), enjoy working in a complex and demanding environment, and be a self-starter who takes initiative in developing relationships and executing on priorities. This includes leveraging your customer service and problem solving skills to quickly understand issues and communicate them to the development team for remediation.

To qualify for the role you must have

·  Knowledge and experience of EY or other professional services firm organizational structure, services, go-to-market strategies, account team enablement, customer relationship management (CRM)
·  Experience with application development and/or deployment
·  Ability to effectively articulate thoughts and points fluently in English – written and spoken
·  Ability to work in a highly responsive, flexible team environment
·  Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in dynamic environment

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  Strong experience with project planning and implementation on an individual and group basis
·  Experience with database management and analytics
·  Basic skills in language(s) common in Asia Pacific such as Mandarin or Japanese
