Job description

Responsibilities:

Prepare business license renewals from data provided by Client

Communicate with US local jurisdictions to resolve license processing issues or discrepancies

Actively manage individual workload and ensure license inventory is moving through the process in a timely manner

Identify and raise relevant questions throughout the licensing lifecycle and contribute to the overall completion of issued licenses

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in a professional environment

Willing and able to learn and work independently with minimal supervision, as well as take ownership and pride in work product

Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen to understand, read and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environment

Good attention to detail (example: ABC, Inc. is not the same as ABC.
